Why Should I Get Braces?
Most people assume the purpose of getting braces only lies in the aspect of improving your facial appearance. Although this is what motivates a lot of people to seek out orthodontic care, straightening your teeth can also aid in other problems significant to your overall health. If left untreated minor problems may lead to tooth decay, gum disease, headaches and earaches, as well as speaking biting or chewing problems.
Early Treatment
The goal of early treatment, otherwise known as phase 1 treatment, is to help the jaw develop in a way that will accommodate all of the permanent teeth and to improve the way the upper and lower jaws fit together. Phase 1 treatment occurs when the child still has a mixture of primary and permanent teeth. In addition, if there is a jaw-growth problem, or bite problem such as overbite or underbite, correction is also done during Phase 1. It is recommended to seek orthodontic evaluation by the age of 7.

SPEED Braces
